In 2003 I became nationally qualified in plasterboard fixing and finishing, as well fibre cement fixing and finishing. As part of our succession plan in growing the company, I have learnt a vast number of new skills as my role has developed into more of a managerial position. The growth and success of the company is attributed to the strength of the Troake team. I look forward to growing the company even further so that we are able to positively contribute towards the New Zealand economy and environment."

Kevin Stuchbury - Operations Manager

"Alongside various trade qualifications, I have a certificate in Supervisory Management, a basic scaffold ticket and qualifications in portable appliance testing and electrical maintenance from the National College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. In the United Kingdom, I was the Technical Manager for Excel Exhibition Centre which involved the maintenance of all electrical and mechanical systems throughout the complex. I have worked on projects in Hong Kong in a supervisory capacity, commissioning and developing new products for specialist installation companies within the electrical distribution industry. My role within Troake has developed in the last 7 years from Scaffold Manager to my present role as Operations Manager. It encompasses all aspects of Troake's services with key responsibilities in scaffolding, health and safety and human resources."

Peter Stirrat - Interiors Manager

As well as a National Certificate in Business and a Certificate in Construction Site Safety, I have BCITO National Certificates in both plasterboard fixing and finishing and fibre cement fixing and finishing. I was the former Auckland representative on the AWCINZ committee and have competed in the ANZAWCI work skills competition from 2008 to 2012 - winning two awards in the process.
