Staff Training
We maintain a strong focus on training.
Troake is at the forefront of developing new industry initiatives to improve work practices and customer service levels.
Ongoing staff training is a critical part of the Troake business plan and we have a continued commitment to our staff achieving the National Certificate in their trade.
We are also closely aligned with industry trade organisations such as the AWCI and the association of Scaffolding and Rigging NZ (SARNZ), to ensure all our staff achieve industry standard qualifications.
