Troake is committed to providing a safe, healthy workplace for each of it's employees and vigorously pursues all possible avenues to prevent on site accidents and injury.
By implementing the comprehensive Workplace Safety Management Practices programme in accordance with ACC, Troake is one of the few companies of its type that has been accredited the ACC "Tertiary" level certification. This is the highest rating possible according to ACC criteria.
The tertiary standard is only awarded where there is a clear history of established employee systems and processes functioning in the workplace, which are externally audited by ACC.
